1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CrewApply mobile

application and related services (the "Platform"). By creating an account or otherwise using

the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the

Platform.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account and keep it up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all

activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use

of your account.

3. Nature of the Platform

CrewApply helps candidates discover and apply for maritime and cruise-industry job

opportunities. We do not employ candidates directly, and we do not guarantee job placement,

interviews, or hiring outcomes. Final hiring decisions are made solely by the recruiters and

companies posting the listings, not by CrewApply.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features (such as applying beyond the free tier's limit, or accessing higher-tier job

listings) require an active paid subscription. Prices, tiers, and included benefits are shown

in the app at the time of purchase and may change with notice. Payments are processed securely

through our third-party payment provider (Razorpay). Subscriptions renew or expire according to

the plan terms shown at purchase; refund eligibility, where applicable, follows the policy

stated at checkout.

5. Application Limits and Document Requirements

Your subscription tier determines how many job applications you may submit per month and which

job listings you are eligible to apply to. Some job listings require specific documents (such

as certificates, passport, or medical records) to be uploaded before you can apply — these

requirements are set by the job listing, not by CrewApply, and exist to help match you to roles

you're genuinely eligible for.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: provide false or misleading information in your profile, applications, or

documents; use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; attempt to access another user's account

or data; interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation; or scrape, copy, or redistribute

job listings or other users' data without authorization.

7. User Content and Documents

You retain ownership of the documents and information you upload. By submitting an application,

you authorize us to share the relevant profile information and documents with the recruiter or

company associated with that listing, for the purpose of evaluating your application.

8. Referral Program

Where offered, referral rewards are credited according to the terms shown in the Refer & Earn

section of the app at the time of referral, and may be modified, paused, or discontinued at our

discretion with reasonable notice.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, provides fraudulent

information, or misuses the Platform. You may stop using the Platform and request account

deletion at any time, as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that job listings are error-free, that

any application will result in an interview or offer, or that the Platform will be uninterrupted

or error-free at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CrewApply is not liable for

indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including

outcomes of third-party hiring decisions.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take

effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected by an

updated "Last updated" date above.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles,

unless otherwise required by applicable local law in your jurisdiction.
